We’ll start by taking the elevator up to the top of Santa Bárbara Castle, one of the most famous spots in Alicante. From there, you’ll get amazing views of the city and the sea. While we explore the castle, your guide will share stories and legends from Alicante’s long history.
Next, we’ll head down into the old town and walk through the beautiful Santa Cruz neighborhood. With its narrow streets, colorful houses, and peaceful corners, it’s one of the most charming areas in the city.
We’ll also visit some of Alicante’s most important landmarks, like the Basilica of Saint Mary, the Co-Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the Carbonell House, and the lively squares of Gabriel Miró and Portal de Elche. You’ll stroll along the famous Explanada de España and learn the meaning behind its colorful tiles.
To finish the tour, we’ll enjoy a local drink accompanied by a tapa and taste a traditional sweet — a perfect way to experience Alicante like a local.
